It is an honor to take care of our neighbors here in the city of Wyoming. Officially becoming a city in 1959, Wyoming is now the third largest city in West Michigan with 72,125 people as of the 2010 census. Just moved to the area? Check out some of these things to do around town:
Enjoy the Outdoors:
•Palmer Park offers miles of hiking trails and cross country skiing within the city, and a beautiful display of colors for the fall leaf change. This park is also home to Kaufman Golf Course.
Things to Do:
•There's always plenty for the family to do at Craig's Cruisers, a year round favorite with arcades, laser tag, bumper cars, and a food court. In the summer, the outdoor area opens with miniature golf and go-carts as well.
•The Spectrum Entertainment Complex offers bowling at Spectrum Lanes, as well as a full menu with live music on weekends in Woody's Press Box, and a banquet hall for up to 300 guests.
Eat Local:
•Local favorite Beltline Bar opened in 1953, and introduced their World Famous Wet Burrito in 1966, selling their 5 millionth in 2015.
•Marge's Donut Den offers a variety of baked goods, specializing in wedding and corporate cakes, with an assortment of fresh baked donuts to choose from daily.
